Well the new Trophy Takers website version 2, is up!
I have changed its style and colours to represent the Original TT artwork with its black face and white backgrounds and a little grey, still with a little colour added though, and given it some depth via the new 3D look and also follows in the style of current T.T. newsletters with the background pictures 24/11/06.
It also for those who have dial up (insert profanity here) it will be a quite a bit better on loading times.

The Boar ratings have been expanded to top 100 and there was also another top ten Boar rated by Mark Wills, it scored a massive 34 DS!
Also Mark Wills also had a very good deer season, taking a 203 DS Fallow Buck and a very good Rusa Stag of 196 3/8 DS, He also rated an excellent Tahr which scored 36 3/4 points, congratulations Mark, but his luck turned little for the worse when he took on the might of a Boss Nail gun and came out second best!
Also Chris Hervert, and his brother Stuart, plus a few other straggles, namely Mono and Paul Southwell has a very productive trip up the cape with 20 boars hitting the deck, ranging from 29 down to 25 DS, and some nice Barra plus a couple of good scrub bulls, well done guys!
Also one of our oldest members, Doug Church nailed a fine 114 2/8 DS Billy on trip out with some of TT newer members, Peter and Nathan Cocking who also took some P.B.s Goats on the trip!

Well the TT annual awards were a grate success, with the quality of the trophies and presentations second to none!
There were many quality heads and tusks entered at this year’s award’s, with
Paul Southwell rating the largest Fallow bucks of the year at 223 DS!
Also the president of TT Dave Whiting also rating some fine game also, with his personal best Goat of 127 and a 30 2/8 Boar and not to mention a 172 7/8 Fallow buck, all entered into the ratings, congratulations Dave!
Also Mark Wills has rated some top quality game also with a fine Fallow Buck 203 DS and Rusa Stag 195 DS, also he scored and rated two boars over 30 DS, with one well inside the top 10, they will appear here soon, congratulations Mark!
Also James Lynch has shot and rated one of the biggest Chamois taken in the world with a bow at 29 DS, congratulations James!
There will be more ratings soon, and some more pictures added as well as planned TT awards pages to come, which will list all this years and previous years awards recipients and the history behind the trophies presented, so stay tuned.

Trophy Takers Annual Awards 29th Sept 2nd October, Shallow Crossing via Batemans Bay, NSW
Hope you see allot of our members there and hopefully some new and up and coming bowhunter’s to join our ranks. As usual it is a relaxed affair, with the emphasis on catching up and enjoying some time and stories around the camp site.
